F&B Captain

Job description / Role

- Be the lead waiter on serving for VIPs, acting as the captain accordingly
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Ensure the restaurant is set up for service and supervise for a smooth operation
- Direct the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
- Ensure that all new joiners for the Waiter /Server position are trained well and have received adequate training grade to perform their duties independently

Requirements

- Open to Asian and CIS nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of related work experience in the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
- UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer only
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
