JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional solutions to their clients, helping them establish and grow their businesses in the UAE. Due to expansion, they are looking for Dubai based Business Development specialists to join them and grow and expand their client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in the Business Setup Industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of the UAE market.
