JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and proactive administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team.
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of presentations and materials for various meetings and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
