JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, transmittal and deliveries, sample request, invoices, and receipt vouchers accordingly
• Handle all paperwork/documents and ensure all are properly filed and recorded
• Purchase or coordinate with purchasing department for purchase orders
• Take incoming calls or messages and direct it to concerned person as required
• Handle petty cash expenses and perform other duties as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Female, 25 to 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably from construction or chemical industry
• Must have experience in using ERP system
