JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking a skilled Ticketing Agent with hands-on experience in the UAE and proficiency in the Amadeus Ticketing Platform. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel-related concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
• Utilize the Amadeus Ticketing Platform to process reservations, issue tickets, and manage passenger information.
• Keep detailed records of transactions, payments, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ticketing systems and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent in the UAE.
• Proficiency in the Amadeus Ticketing Platform is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with airline policies, fare structures, and reservation systems.
• Relevant certification or training in ticketing and reservation systems is a plus.
