Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global leader in designing, building and servicing critical infrastructure who are looking to hire an IT Channel Reseller, responsible for recruiting Resellers to maximize their footprint in the Region.
Your main responsibilities will be to promote the clients brand throughout the IT channel in the Region and set targets for newly registered Resellers and on-board them as per the company standards. You will also be tasked with training and developing Channel Resellers sales force where applicable. In addition, you will be expected to run workshops, lunch and learns - introductory workshop, selling the clients products along with re-sales and sales workshops - in depth product training and demo evaluations on site and at different locations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an undergraduate Degree in sales / marketing or an equivalent qualification. Basic knowledge of UPS/ AC Power/ Thermal Management/Connectivity (PDUs, Rack) infrastructure. You should have excellent people management skills as well as relationship building skills. Holding a minimum of 5 years proven track record in management of channel sales business within vendor / Distributor of IT channel field. You should also hold significant experience in Sales / Business Negotiations and have excellent knowledge of the Middle East and Levant Reseller Market. Market Competitor Knowledge is an absolute prerequisite for this role. 80% travel is required for this position.
