Job description / Role
• Provide medical support and leadership to internal functions acting as a scientific expert for the assigned product portfolio
• Act as the external face at scientific and medical congress
• Drive scientific engagement with Key External Expert/HCPs through developing scientifically-based relationships with KEEs.
• Enable the implementation of trials and investigator led research
• Actively participates and advises the team in the elaboration and development of the brand plans
• Create MSL action plans in line with the agreed upon brand plans and strategy
• Training Field Force and other relevant company personnel
• Speaker at CME meeting and prepares speakers and scientific content for CME meetings
• The role includes acting as an advisor with a focus on education, clinical advancement and relationship-building with physicians
• Communicates about the therapy areas linked to future pipeline, which can facilitate pre-launch plans
• 70% time spent in the field
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in multi-national company preferably in the medical dept.
• Must hold a Pharma Degree (pharmacist or physician)
• Good track record
• Experience working in a Medical role within a pharmaceutical company for more than 2
• Experience in clinical research projects is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must
