VAC7575 - Mobile Money Field Operations Supervisor

Job description / Role

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

SPOC for all Mobile Money field operations related to agent POSM visibility, training, on boarding, etc.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


- Coordinate with trade marketing team, MFS business development supervisor and regional teams to ensure trade material is rightly placed and always visible as per OML standards.
- Work with all team members and cross functional members on executing all sort of on the ground activities including roadshows, presence in feeder markets, regional events, etc.
- Support business development team and regional mobile money team in driving "Mobile Money Availability" and "New Customers Acquisitions"
- Monitor and track all " Competitor Market Activities" in mobile money in coordination with regional mobile money teams
- Responsible for coordinating agent training programs in coordination with regional Mobile Money managers.
- Responsible for ensuring KYC process are met as per companies policy.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


- Bachelor degree in Business Management
- Minimum 3 years in Retails, Sales & Distribution Management
- Excellent Communication and Engagement skills
- Good Project Management
- Proficient in English (Speak, read and write)
