Job description / Role
Seeking a Team Leader / Chief Resident Engineer for 2 major Hydropower projects in Nepal.
The project are for a duration of 3 to 4 years.
Client is a prestigious Professional Engineering and Development Consultancy.
The projects are on remote sites due north of Kathmandu right on the Chinese Tibet boarder.
It is tough in the winter as it is cold with monsoons in the summer making roads treacherous and at times impassable due to landslides and rockfalls.
Seeking someone who is would be happy in this environment.

Requirements
- Master degree in Civil engineering, Water resources engineering / Development of water resources Management / Hydropower Engineering / Hydrology Hydraulic engineering / construction Management
- Degree qualified Team Leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in hydropower construction projects having installed capacity of minimum 60MW or above
- At Least 20 Years of Professional experience.
- As Team Leader, He / She will need experience in detail engineering design of 2 or more successfully completed (constructed and commissioned ROR/ Reservoir type hydropower projects with a capacity of 20MW
- Experience in Feasibility or detailed design or construction supervision of one or more hydropower project in Asia / But in other than experts home country) in position similar to qualification.
