Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a company who is a market leader in their field. Our client is looking to hire an Administration Assistant to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months.
You will work in a team of 6 supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks including timesheets, invoices and general administration duties. You will also be the main point of contact for all travel arrangements, hotel bookings and flights. In addition, you will be responsible for the processing of expenses and dealing with any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally be an Omani, immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You should have a flexible approach to work alongside a willingness to continue to learn.
