Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Malabar Gold & Diamonds, a fast growing jewellery group with over 260 showrooms spread across 10 countries is on the lookout for "B2B Executive" for Oman Region.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementing marketing strategies according to the market trends.
• New business growth, targeting new aggregators and corporate Customers.
• Provide partnership to new Customers to develop market-leading solutions.
• Maximize relationships by assessing their business needs and offering creative solutions, education, and services.
• Maintain and improve existing relationships through increased interaction, introduction of sales ideas and marketing support.
• Develops territory and account strategies to acquire new corporate Customers
• Strong analytical abilities to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management as needed to develop feature enhancements needed on the platform for strategic partners.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores from Client and B2B Customers
• Develop and maintain continuous pipeline of new business sales leads
• Evaluating potential marketing opportunities against organization goals and make recommendations.
• Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
• Manage and assist team members to perform the full sales cycle from start to finish
• Compatible to take bottom line responsibility for sales
• Manage monthly targets and regular follow ups with clients.
• Preparing and researching for client meetings, creating proposals; confirming final buy as well as conducting client follow up.


• Candidate with Valid Oman Driving License (Female).
• Candidate must visit corporate offices frequently
• Candidate must have good communication skill (Both written & Verbal).
• Candidates must have the capacity to think creatively and convince the customer.
• Pleasing appearance and ready to work.
• Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Age below 35 Years.
