Job description / Role
We are hiring a result oriented business development executive for our Commercial Interior Design and Fit out division, based in Muscat, Oman.
You are a quick on the toes business developer with a knack for sales and marketing, highly skilled negotiator, vast knowledge about the design and fit out business, socially adept and a keen networker.
Requirements
- A business degree.
- Gulf sales management & business developmental experience.
- Experience in dealing with various categories of businesses and clients.
- Thorough knowledge of the Interior design and fit out market and a large network of strategic connections with architects, builders, vendors and suppliers etc.
- Skilled in drafting presentations, quotations and BOQ's.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Apart from the above qualifications, you must be specialized in:
- Strategic & Business Planning and Execution, P&L Accountability.
- Target Realization, Pricing Strategy & Execution & Market Data Analysis.
- Contract Negotiation & Management, Marketing and Sales Leadership, D
- Client Relationship Management, Performance Management.
- Preferably can read drawings and have knowledge of execution of works - (though not a must).
