Job description / Role
- Independently manage the company's digital assets including websites, social media, database, newsletters, apps, etc.
- Lead the in-house content team, supervise & manage the offshore/onshore partners providing content, development, design, etc. services
- Develop and deliver insightful presentations to clients
- Lead, train and support the marketing team in achieving desired business targets
- Identify and forge strategic alliances as required
- Set and meet the business and profit goals
- Track the progress using relevant metrics and generate regular analytics report
Requirements
- Business management/online marketing qualifications.
- At least 4-5 years rich experience in marketing with a mainstream online publishing company.
- Good knowledge of conceptualizing marketing opportunities on portals and social media platforms.
- Skills set in using social media platforms to build traffic and strong following for the brands.
- People management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of the back-end technology and marketing tools & SEO strategies.
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
