Job description / Role
Amlak Real Estate company is progressing company and is among top 10 companies in Sultanate of Oman and our aim is to be among top 3 companies of country.
We are into Real Estate Property Development.
We are looking for Business Head to lead the Property division to new height.
• Promoting and marketing existing properties for sale and rent.
• Sourcing the new property available in the market for rent, management or sale. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing client contacts and establish new contacts through networking.
• Travel to sites for pre and post sales activities involving face-to-face customer contact at all levels of organization.
• Achieving and exceeding established monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals;
• Proven success dealing directly with various levels of clientele,
• Leading a sales team.
• Develop an annual Marketing Plan to achieve targeted results.
• Monitor documents such as representation contracts, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Co-ordination and follow up with buyer/bank to close the deal.
• Responsible for overall operations, marketing of Real Estate Division.
• Resolve disagreements/issues that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
• Budgeting and create reports to produce at monthly meetings to be discussed with the Director.
• Relevant Business responsibilities.
• Co-ordination with construction department
• Co-ordination with maintenance department
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Salary:
OMR
1,500 to 2,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 5% incentives on net profit.
Requirements
• Should have more than 15 years experience in Property Sales in GCC market.
• Should possess valid Gulf’s driving license.
• Should be Smart, energetic and go-getter.
• Should have good knowledge of Gulf Market and trend.
