Overview of the role:

Chillers & DX Air conditioning Service supervisor must ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing excellent service experience, with optimum the operational cost.

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

Managing Chiller service to the customers.
- Timely Providing Commissioning Support to Sales.
- Co-ordinate with Customer, Technicians, Sales-team, and other team members for attending and resolving the complaints within prescribe timeframe.
- Update the progress of work to customer and other relevant parties.

Business Development
- Ensuring parts business to Achieve Target.
- Generating New AMC Business
- Generating Revamp Business

Probability
- Payment Collection as per T&C (Mostly 100% Adv.)
- Maintaining the GM % while spare part sales.

Quality prospective:
- Ensure the Job completion with highest quality level and zero repetition.
- Raising and discussing Epidemic Failures with OEM and Line Managers
- Monitoring the performance of team members and encourage them to do better and to take bigger responsibilities. By guiding them or suggesting

Spare Parts related:
- Raising PARTS request and ensuring to get issue to team with in time.
- Keep a track for Pending Parts and reviewing with Parts team for arranging them.
- Ensuring returns of defective parts to Store within 3 days of repair carried out.
- Keeping track of the same and review once a week with team. Escalate pending Parts more than 7 days to Superiors.

Reporting:
- Reviewing of pending calls. Submit weekly report to LM.
- Discuss and share the individual performance weekly within the Team and provide support to enhance the performance.
- Providing Billing / Booking / Collection Plan

Requirements

Required Skills to be successful:
- Thorough knowledge of Chillers and DX system Air-conditioning system.
- Knowledge on troubleshooting of Chillers and DX system Air-conditioning system
- Knowledge of English written and spoken.
- Good customer handling skills
- Valid GCC / Oman driving license.

- Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Engineering in relevant field
- 7-10 years' experience in trouble shooting in consumer electronics and air-conditioning field.
