Job description / Role
Guildhall is urgently seeking a Project Manager with experience on resort/hotel construction projects. This person should have experience project managing a project valued at a minimum of $100m and be able to join the project on short notice.
This iconic project is 20% completed and requires someone with experience of joining a project at this stage or from the start who can hit the ground running.

Requirements
In order to be considered for an interview candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 to 15 years post graduate experience in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience as a Project Manager
- Previous experience working on a Hotel or Resort project or luxury building/palaces
- Should ideally be currently in Oman
