JOB DETAILS:
The Compliance Officer plays a key control role within Nextcare and acts as a second line of defense as well as a business partner to enable growth in line with regulations. The Compliance Officer is equipped with best in class tools and policies which provides a strong platform to apply effective monitoring. He/she enjoys a strong relationship with the regulator in order to coordinate the application of new and existing regulations, and enjoys a strong relationship with members of Nextcare team to help the understanding and deployment of the regulations. Internally, he/she is empowered to train and educate staff on various topics including Economic Sanction/Privacy/Anti-corruption/consumer protection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisor and Business Partner
- Provide advice on applicable laws and regulations
- Discuss and provide advice on principles and procedures to achieve compliance with laws and regulations
- Partner with management, business and project teams to adhere to the relevant Group standards, policies and practices.

Data Privacy
Act as DPP (data privacy professional) for Nextcare

Risk identification and assessment
- Check if Internal Procedures within each Business Units are appropriate and effective to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct Regulatory Tests for each Nextcare Business Unit once per year and issue a Compliance Report
- Support Risk Management Function in the Top Risk Assessment (TRA) and the IRCS

Monitoring and Reporting
- Report any suspicious fraudulent activities detected by the Company to Senior Manager-Compliance Nextcare and the GM
- Issue Compliance Report based on the Test results and submit to Senior Manager-Compliance Nextcare and the GM
- The Compliance Report must include findings and deficiencies in the controls and recommend corrective action
- Evaluate potential impact of changes to the legal environment, and inform Senior Manager-Compliance Nextcare and the GM of any potential consequence in sufficient time in order to take necessary precautions.

Awareness Raising
- Identify training needs for topics related to Regulations
- Recommend to Senior Manager-Compliance Nextcare the training needs and agree on training plans
- Assist Allianz Partners Group is ensuring that mandatory training is deployed across the Company.

Requirements

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS
- You are a role model in the organization before being a controller. Therefore, you must portray high ethical and moral values and must be trustworthy to support your colleagues as a key team player.
- You must have to ability and willingness to guide the teams into the right direction when consulted on various business propositions. Your approach should always be based on effective cooperative and you must be able to communicate in an effective and clear way to ensure smooth support.
- A law background would be an asset, but it is important to have experience in control function and be able to provide evidence of success based on the previous criteria.
- You need to have knowledge of Data Protection regulations and minimum 3 years' experience to fulfill the role of DPP within Nextcare.
