Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operation

- Ensure that all Passenger services activities-tasks are covered by resources.
- Ensure that right people are at the right place at the right time.
- Ensure seasonal schedule is parsed through OADB-FIC and accurate and liaise with IT and Admin team for correction.
- Ensure WY schedule is lively synchronized with AVIENT fleet and liaise with IT and Admin team for correction.
- Update FIC with all booked loads for OAL flights in liaison with duty room-flight editing staff
- Update absenteeism, training, annual leave information in to Mobilize module and ensure all data are accurate.
- Provide minute by minute resource allocation to all sections in Passenger services.
- Monitor shortage in manpower due to absenteeism-leaves and liaise with section supervisors to adjust allocation of available resources to cover all Passenger services activities and avoid delays.
- Based on operations, plan the staff availability and their allocation.
- Assist supervisors to plan overtime staff if necessary to meet the demands of flight handling if necessary.
- Ensure all Overtime related information is updated in resource management system.
- Monitor task status and sign-offs sent from PDAs, CUTE Terminals and-or information passed by Traffic Supervisor, Traffic Duty Manager, team lead, traffic staff, etc.
- Gather all reliable data on available manpower and real-time task and use with flight data, location information and other planning parameters to analyze any problem or optimization potentials.
- Based on scheduling decisions, re-assign tasks and send task information directly to PDAs, and-or pass information to Traffic Supervisor, Traffic Duty Manager, team lead, traffic staff, etc.
- Monitor task alerts to identify potential problems and conflicts, thereby helping Coordinators, Supervisors, Traffic Duty Manager, and team lead, to stay focus on important and critical tasks.
- Send warnings to PDAs and-or pass information to Traffic Supervisor, Traffic Duty Manager, team lead, etc. to alert regarding critical tasks.
- Track individual teams-persons and track the proposed work plan task-by-task or location-by-location.
- Create reports related to all data captured using the resource management system providing statistical analysis on operational information.
- Report-escalate to Duty Manager Passenger services incidents-discrepancies concerning Passenger Services resources to avoid flight handling delays.
- Forward activity report to the management to cover important events during the shift and carry out proper records and briefing during hand over and take over.

General

- Comply with safety and security regulations.
- Ensure company memo’s ,airline manuals, are regularly read to update current procedures and regulations
- Carry out duties on all areas of passenger services section as directed by superiors.
- Working detail guidelines will be provided where applicable.

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor degree in a related discipline with Cumulative GPA 3.0 OR Two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience
