Job description / Role
We are hiring a Digital strategy manager to set up a digital communications unit.
As the unit head, you will be responsible to set up the new division via winning new accounts, creating digital and social communication strategies and executing them thru different channels and platforms.
Requirements
- You are naturally curious, analytical and creative with a passion for innovation and have a sound understanding of broader business needs.
- You will be experienced in planning online campaigns with digital and social at the heart with the following essential requirements that include business development, project management, planning, and analytics.
- Day to day duties include liaising with clients, creatives, planners, account teams and studio departments to manage social campaigns from conception through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- You will have a degree in communications or PR (or anything similar)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing digital/social communications channels.
- Digital PR experience is also fine.
- An emphasis on data research, defining how big ideas work digitally, granular content planning, paid integration and experiential campaign activation.
- Engagement and retail planning for product launch and brand campaigns.
- Social strategy and planning including content creation, social listening, community management and influencer marketing.
- Connecting the physical, digital and emotional worlds of the end consumer
- Be bilingual in Arabic and English (though not a must).
