Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The e-Commerce & Digital Executive will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our online presence, and developing and executing online marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand awareness.

- Manage and optimize our online booking platforms, including the hotel website and third-party websites, to maximise online sales and revenue.
- Create and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for online platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and increase brand loyalty.
- Manage online reviews and reputation management to ensure a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Experience with online booking platforms, online marketing campaigns, and social media management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues and opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
