Duties
Operations
• A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems

Store Management
• Should have knowledge on complete e-commerce store management system
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Business Development
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's e-commerce presence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and technology partners. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, advertisements, and content marketing strategies to generate leads and increase online visibility.
