Job Description & Summary

In this role, you will work with HC Ops, HCBLs, CoEs and other stakeholders to implement the Policies and Compliance strategy and relationship between PwC and our employees. Ensure that transparent practices are in place and relevant laws in terms of policies, compliance, exit interviews, grievances, conflicts, problem resolution, and local GPS action plans.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HC Policy, Compliance and Employee Relations Manager to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex issues. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Promote and facilitate constructive employee relations and open social dialogue. Enhance and maintain productive dialogue with employees relevant external organizations such as labour councils, Employers organizations and arbitration authorities.
- Act as a single point of contact with all Country HC Leads on complex case management, compliance and labor law related queries.
- Employee Relations Compliance: Leading end to end audits across the full Market as one of the main tools to ensure social compliance across PwC activities and to ensure that the market is compliant with the Corporate Business Principles, the relevant labour international commitments as well as local laws and regulations.
- In collaboration and full alignment with the R&Q team, ensure Mediation, Conflict Resolution & Labour Law Compliance:Responsible for all Employee to Employee and Employee to Company mediations in the form of grievances and Speak UP Messages.
- ER Consultant:Internal legal consultant on labour issues and responsible for timely information to relevant stakeholder on employee relations matters.
- Act as the focal point for all internal audits for HC.
- Own all Policies within OneHC across the region and ensure constant review. Develop new policies as per the need of the organization.
- Develop and enhance reporting capabilities pertaining to exit interviews.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and be a role model of ethics and compliance and good organizational skills.

Requirements

Requirements, Skills, Abilities

- 6 - 8 years of experience in HC and/or similar role with the ability to enable results through others.
- At least 3 years managing complex employment cases including close collaboration with the legal team.
- Excellent command of the english language (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with regional labor laws.
- Experience developing wellbeing initiatives is a plus.
- Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
