Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Enhance professional development and academic practices at the college through mentoring and training academic staff in the use the latest teaching and learning strategies, processes and procedures.
- Develop and disseminate innovative and successful improvement practices by coordinating system-wide staff development initiatives.
- Uphold the role of the Center of Academic Practices by implementing the latest pedagogies and best practices.

Requirements

The role requires a PhD in the relevant area of discipline with minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience at college/ university level or equivalent experience.

Should have excellence in:
- Creativity and innovation
- Administration
- Managerial, interpersonal and communication skills
- Related computer skills
