Head Teacher needed for a full-time job at Twam International School
Buraimi, Sultanate of Oman.

Position is available for the 2016-2017 School Year with the opportunity to continue for the following School Years.

Trial period: 3 month from the start of work

The candidate will be a Head Teacher of a Bilingual School where students study most of the subjects in English. There are other subjects taught in Students’ native Language Arabic.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated head teacher with experience and a passion for what they do. Commitment is very important, as this opportunity can lead to further long-term contracts.

Requirements

- Certification: BA, MA (MA is preferable)
- English fluency: Native (like)
- Fields of Expertise: Head Teacher with experience in school management for 5 years;
- Has an education or experience as Head Teacher of Bilingual School (English & Arabic); has an experience in classroom observation and supervision of teachers;
- Has an experience in curriculum development and Teaching Materials of all school subjects;
- Has knowledge and experience in the philosophy and practices of Head Teacher, student development programs, early childhood education, developmentally appropriate practice, and bilingual education;
- Has an education or experience in collaborating with parents in the education of their children.
