Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Data Management
- Updating SAP
- Ensuring accuracy of data
- Regular reporting

Payroll Processing
- Collection of payroll related data
- Ensuring payroll updates are made in relevant system on a regular basis and processed on time
- Liaise with Finance team/Payroll vendor to ensure timely completion of payroll process
- Dealing with queries related to payroll

Benefits Administration
- Maintaining records to facilitate regular tracking & checking of benefit payments
- Improving efficiency of benefit program administration
- Supporting HR Advisors / TLs in dealing with benefit related queries
- Developing reports on benefits as needed
- Support roll out of new benefit programs
- Salary /Benefits/bank certificates/ letters for staff
- Maintaining relevant benefit related papers in employee files
- Ensure compliance with labour law (e.g. PASI)

Requirements

- Education: Minimum of diploma
- Experience: up to 5 years of experience
- Admin Support the wider HR team
- Comply with Omani labour laws and regulatory requirements including company policies. (PASI etc.)
