HR Manager - Oman (site based)
Our client are an emerging player in the renewable energy sector.
They have won a range of staggering projects in Oman, KSA and Egypt and are now in the process of looking to hire a HR Manager to support the transition of the business in which they will be opening a regional HQ in Muscat.
Being based on site at one of their Renewable projects this position requires an individual with a strong understanding of labour law, and has a track record of establishing business operations in new countries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years HR Generalist experience
- Experience working in the Middle East is essential
- Candidates that have working exposure in an industrious environment will be preferential (Renewables, Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering)
