Job description / Role
- Maintenance of the Transmitters, Control valves, ESDs and Field Instruments.
- Process related instrument at Plant, GSCs and well heads
- Ensuring the preventive maintenance of Instruments as per schedule.
- Monitor Performance and Trouble shooting of Instruments and Control System
- Preparation of Permit to Work and Job Safety Analysis documents
- Ensure compliance Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- 10 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petochemical Industry
- Should have knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in experience in DCS, PLC and SCADA systems.
- Experience in Calibration commissioning, trouble shooting and rectification of various field instrumentation systems ( PT/LT/FT/TT/ and control valve)
- Experience in Fire & Gas system.
- Able to perform Technical evaluation.
- Knowledge of various types of PTW systems, JSA and Tool box talks
- Knowledge in MS word, Excel
- Exposure in PSV calibration, Hydro test
- Ability to completely fill out a Job card
- Alarm Management, Scada systems
