Job description / Role
The Make-up Artist will drive customer experience, sales and business KPIs in the store in line with the business strategy through make-up applications make-up on the go or during services by appointment) and supporting the store manager to train the staff on product knowledge, make-up techniques and selling techniques.
Key Accountabilities
• Executes make-up services and delivers expected results.
• delivers business goals as defined with the Store Manager
• Supports the Store Manager in training the store staff according to the team/individual needs, as well as supporting the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Engage customer to enjoy a unique and customized beauty make-up services at the make-up station.
• Create show and expertise by using his/her make-up skills
• Contributes to elevate team grooming, make-up looks and make-up expertise of the store team.
• Guarantee that store is compliant with all standards
• Guarantee standards as defined by store book and explained by the Store Manager
• Contribute to maintain qualitative standards in terms of brand image including layout, merchandising, and proper housekeeping of the store, and quality standards.
• Guarantee the constant update on market trends
• Collaborate with customer experience trainer when applicable
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
• High School Degree or technical Baccalaureate (TS Degree)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
