Market Manager - Oman - Laundry and Home Care
- Plan, direct and control all Sales related activities
- Monitor market reaction and competition activities
- Supervise Sales and Trade Marketing to achieve the targets
- Set volume distribution and merchandizing objectives for Oman
- Put pricing structure in coordination with Marketing and Finance
- Provide the Sales Director and Executive Management team with sales actual achievements versus planned
- Develop and coach distributor sales force to maintain high efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in Modern Trade is a must, further experience in Traditional Trade is a plus
- Negotiation and influencing capabilities as well as analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluency in English
- Efficient user of Microsoft Office applications
