Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan and budget to drive sales online & offline outlets
• Execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget
• Develop campaigns suitable for each delivery aggregator and in line with brand strategy aimed at driving incremental sales and orders
• Liaise with external agencies and periodically source partners for (creative, PR, Food styling, Photography, SEO, etc)
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit timely reports
• Review marketing copy for both online and offline campaigns in English and Arabic
• Run social media channels for the brand (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) to achieve KPIs
• Suggest promotions with the appropriate costing techniques
• Track brand marketing spend and submit monthly reports
• Visit stores across Oman and prepare targeted campaigns to drive sales for individual stores
• Work closely with operations team and support store marketing and e-commence needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
• Maintaining proper filing of all campaigns, visuals, analyses as well as printed collateral installation pictures
• Follow the internal process of campaign approvals
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on time and as needed
• Work on any other tasks assigned to him/her by the Marketing & Communication Manager

Requirements

• Experience in Retail Consumer Marketing 3 to 7 years
• MBA in Marketing or similar discipline
• Strong in communication skills
• Exposure in handling 3rd party media agencies and Social Media Platforms
• Arabic Read and Write will be any advantage
• Ability to lead and intestate process independently with minimum supervision
