Position Title: Marketing Expert
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 900 OMR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of company specializing in Construction and Engineering, Product Sales and Support Services providing different business solutions within GCC.

Job Role:
• Responsible for marketing / customer relationship management activities both Online & Offline of a High-End Beauty Clinic & Salon
• Responsible for E-Commerce website to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers
• Develop an effective content & communication strategy based on the brand strengths, marketing objectives and consumer realities
• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Work proactively and bring new ideas to constantly improve the shopping experience based on customer behavior, market latest trends and competitor study
• Introduce innovative ideas to improvise customer experience in the Center / E-store / Mobile app
• Ensure that e-store functionalities are working up to the mark
• Responsible for systematic placing of all elements on the website for great shopping experience
• Work with Operation team to understand latest & upcoming market trend
• Work closely with teams to ensure successful New Product/ Collection Launch

Requirements

Requirements:
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing online / offline in retail industry
• Computer literate, affinity for digital media
• Excellent English communication skills
• Open for candidates outside Oman
