Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role: Manages inventory by applying best in class process to achieve effective inventory and technical control on materials. Managers in turn-around (TA) and contract and material master requirements.

Deliverables:
- Ensures that inventory level and technical parameters of required material to meet the requirements of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Provides technical support to end users (E/U) to ensure the right selection of materials and parts required and purchased
- Implements processes effectively to achieve governance of Material Master (MM)
- Handles mass data packages of line items, long term contracts and purchase requisition to maintain efficient data management in relation with inventory and warehouse activities.
- Ensures the availability of required material for Emergency shutdown/Turnaround material Planning
- Explores and proposes the usage of the most suitable preservation methodologies and their implementation in order to maintain the life of stored material.
- Identifies, codifies and accommodates all project management required material in order to supply project management required material in order to supply project with quality material on time.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification required Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum relevant experience required is 4 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of material, equipment and maintenance
- Experience in maintenance or projects
- Knowledge of codification and cataloguing of materials
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) preferably SAP
- International standards of ASTM, API, ASNI and ISO
