KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To meet the season target (which is currently 90%) - major accountability.
- Right stock mix at all the time at all the shops.
- Targeting ultimate stock situation of 92:8 (ratio of new launches merchandise : old carry forward stock).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Academic Education : Post Graduation in Management / Mathematics / Inventory or Logistics Management
Experience : In total 4 - 5 yrs. Out of which 2 - 3 yrs. In a managerial capability in Retail Industry
Knowledge : Inventory Management
Materials Management
Logistics
Freight handling
Computer knowledge specially Excel Elementary product knowledge
Skills/ Abilities : Result Orientation
Problem solving
