Operation & Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Job description / Role

- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide maintenance of plant mechanical equipment
- Prepare a master maintenance schedule for the plant & perform scheduled maintenance promptly.
- Work with Operations Team to attend equipment failure promptly to ensure restoration of water production
- Assist in the development & update of Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of plant equipment.
- Manage all contractors on site for defect rectification to comply with EHS requirements.
- Plan and manage maintenance & calibration tools required for plant maintenance

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of mechanical & rotary equipment in process plants
- Experience in water treatment processes such as UF and RO membrane operation will be an added advantage
