Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a multinational oil and gas services company that is based in Oman, we are looking to recruit a Plant Manager. Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for overall accountability for the site operations, maintenance, logistics, safety and quality success including implementing EFX systems, culture and values. QHSE systems and company guidelines and policies. Set and oversees activities directly related to the plant strategies.

Salary:
OMR 350 to 400 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of Oman, hold a Technical/Degree in Engineering ( Chemical, mechanical or industrial) Have 3 years of managerial and leadership experience.

Proven project management and planning skills with hands on knowledge of troubleshooting, product processes and methods, quality control and cost management.
