Product Manager – Business Mobile
As the Product Manager Business Mobile you will responsible of managing lifecycle of Mobile Voice and Data product portfolio for business customers.Â Maintaining and controlling specifications for these products taking customer concerns, business processes, organisation, cost and vendor product limitations into account. Manage cross-functional projects related to the assigned products and services.
Analyze existing market insight and mandate new market research and competitive analysis as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio in his/her domain
Develop, maintain and control detailed specifications for products and services in his/her domain
Work with peers to develop bundles
Work with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes
Coordinate implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications
Perform Sales and Customer Service training (train the trainer)
Provide input for user guides, user interfaces etc.
Make sure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available and up to date for his/her products and services
Conduct UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed
Manage the go-to-market process
Monitor product performance in terms of uptake, usage and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to further develop his/her products in terms of revenues and margins
Proactively manage product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans
Have an updated knowledge on competitor products and initiatives
To be considered, you must have a university degree. A minimum ofÂ 6 years of related working experience in aÂ Telecom IndustryÂ is preferred,demonstrated at least 3 year's working experience in product development and management
Structured approach in managing parallel tasks and decision making
Detail and quality oriented
Good Communications Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills a plus
Arabic is recommended but not must
Good MS Office Skills
