We are currently working with an Oil & Gas Operator conducting production and exploration operations in the Middle East. Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to be based in one of the Middle East's hot spots.
Our client is seeking an experienced manager who will be responsible for all production of wells and production surface facilities. In this role you will manage the company's workforce on allocated works ensuring quality and within time completions for projects.
Role and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Management of the OPEX Budget and the Production Field Operations and daily production operations
* Management of the service contracts required to support the Production Operations
* Manage, Supervise, Coach & Mentor the Production operations personnel
* Represent the company with employees, contractor personnel, government agencies, local population.
* Manage the HSE and welfare of all personnel and lead the utilization of HSE Management system
* Lead Process Safety Program & Self-Regulation process
* Coordinate production operations between the head office and field
* Coordinate maintenance and asset integrity programs
* Responsible for the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements
* Diploma/Degree qualified preferably in Engineering
* 20 years' experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry with which 5 years in a similar position
* In-depth knowledge of onshore Oil & Gas field production systems and procedures, including pipelines, water injection, artificial lift systems and fiscal metering
* Expertise in production, facilities, completion, and HSE
* Resilient and energetic with the ability to work in a remote location
* Knowledge of Process safety and Self-Regulation
* Strong skills and expertise in managing multi-cultural, multi-disciplined teams is essential as well as excellent communication skills for all levels
* IT Skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
