Job description / Role

Role Summary:
Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Essential Responsibilities:
Supervisory roles that are responsible for direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Accountable for the financials performance of the project (Sales / CM / Cash collection).Accountable for the quality and OTD of the project in order to reach Customer needs. Accountable for Customer responsiveness and communication / satisfaction. PO ownership: Interface with functions to deliver contractual obligations in terms of supply and on time delivery. Responsible for the Project with H/O acceptance (reviewing of PO/CC/quote/CSB/plan/ecth).T&Cs ownership: resolve any un-clarity in the agreement wording which may arise during the execution. Responsible for the PO documentations (QCP, request & upload LOC on global trade tool, Bond, inspection docs, ecth).Docs. Mgt (customs clearance, TRS, CoC, CoO, EUR1, POD etc.): coordination & collection (completion & quality).Responsible for Project tools setup and update for parts/repair/FS (Job opening, OKE booking, deliverables). Ensure the production and procurement of materials with all docs requirements (according to PO SOW/ requirements and Biz Release with WF approved). Interface/coordination of the internal depts. (Fulfillment, SOU, Pick & Pack, Billing for invoice & CN, Shipping, Customs, Forwarders, Outage COE, etch) to deliver contractual obligations and achieve our financials. Coordinate Repair Service and interactions with Repair Shops according to PO requirements. Support Service Manager for Outage preparation and execution according to PO requirements. Negotiate change orders with Customers. Identify project risks working with multiple functions to mitigate them (EHS, Schedule, cash collection etch).Ensure quality and on time delivery of the invoices with all support documentations. Responsible for Project close out, punch list and warranty period. Accountable for Revenues Recognition Process. Accountable for "on time" payment from Customer (cash collections). Identify opportunities to expand the project profitability in ways that bring value to Customers. Accountable for the weekly QMI input in terms of “Backlog-Convertible-Early” / R&O for Sales and CM Activate and Support Back-charge -> Vendor Recovery process when applicable / Insurance process. Concession process management / CIR / Customer on T-NPS / Lessons Learned process. Service Now” NC (SO placement and RCA with Engineering) / WF for in transit concession / RMA process.


Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.
