• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of the systems and constantly monitors the requirements and system upgrade functionalities to match them.
• Planning for and identifying required procurements.
• Involves in the technical evaluation of bids relating to IT applications.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Ensures that user requirements are addressed efficiently and within agreed service levels.
• Good practical knowledge of Java Script, J2EE, SQL, Oracle/SQL Server Databases and any of the tools used for website and mobile app development.
• Communicating with all stakeholders.
• Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal.

Requirements

Expert Resource (12+ years total experience)

• BE / B. Tech/ MCA/ M. Sc. (Computer Science) or Equivalent from a recognized University
• Project Manager (Techno Functional) having minimum 12+ years of Airline/Aviation experience inclusive of Commercial solutions under the Business Functions of Revenue Management, eCommerce and Travel Retailing for Website and Mobile App development with strong industry participation in managing the implementation/support.
• Possesses Business Analyst role in managing multiple projects from beginning until completion.
• Good practical knowledge of airline specific applications like reservation, inventory, ancillaries, loyalty programs and check-in.
• Good knowledge on designing and developing Dashboards and Business rules to automate the business processes, cost reduction etc.
• Good practical knowledge on Revenue Management/Integrity, Sabre IX and CRM.
• Gather, Analyze and Evaluate the stakeholder requirements and propose the solutions for business needs.
• Solid Airline domain knowledge and vendor assessment standards in Commercial solutions.
• Should have experience with various types of project management and business analysis software. Proficiency in spreadsheets is mandatory.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills working with all stakeholders.
• Should have experience and ability to understand the team’s challenges and develop solutions.
• Hands on experience with systems and software development methods and environments.
