Company
Our client is a leading cost management consultant in the Middle East. They view property and construction assets as having complex, integrated lifecycles. This consultant delivers a portfolio of services along this lifecycle, from concept through design and construction to the management and maintenance of a project or asset. They are one of the leading asset management and construction consultants, established for more than 100 years.
Our client is looking for a Public Relations Officer/Driver to work on behalf of the local office in managing local governmental, public relations duties and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• You will be expected to arrange visas for expatriates and their families.
• Schedule staff’s visa, medicals with relevant departments.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Your responsibilities include providing admin and transportation support when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
You will have
• Excellent computer skills.
• Full driving license with good driving record.
• You must be reliable.
• Good command of both English and Arabic oral and written.
Candidate should be based in Oman.
