Job description / Role
We are seeking to hire experienced sales and business development manager for Web Applications Solutions Company based in Muscat, Oman. The key responsibility will be to manage and lead sales team to deliver company's sales target from start to end.
Technosales person should be able to understand complex technical customer requirements and act as interface between the client and development team to deliver the project.
Requirements
- An experienced techno sales individual who is an IT graduate with sales and client management experience (additional MBA degree would be an advantage);
- Must be able to analyse the client requirements and communicate the same to the technical team and as such act as the interface between the client and the development team until the project completion;
- Must be well versed with the latest web technologies;
- Must possess good technical, analytical and consultancy skills;
- Must have good communication and presentation skills;
- Must have good leadership skills with experience of leading multi-discipline teams
- Must have the most relevant experience to the Job.
