Employment: Full Time

Enter the exciting world of sports retail. We are currently looking for proactive and highly motivated retail professionals to join our team.

Purpose: To deliver highest level of customer service and sell, up sell and increase average basket size by add on sales to ensure store objectives of customer service and sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering highest level of customer service
- Selling and up-selling company products
- Performing add on sales to ensure store objectives of customer service and sales targets are achieved.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of products
- Completing data entry duties


- High School/Diploma
- Retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent relationship building, decision making and influencing skills
