Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Primary role is to sell water equipment products. The ultimate aim is to increase revenue and gross margin in the Water Division. To achieve budgets and targets for designated accounts and product portfolio. To maintain and develop existing and new customers. .

Main responsibilities:
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Engineering Degree
- Nature and length of previous experience: 3 year experience in Water Equipment Division Sales, and minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
- Specialist knowledge: MEP (design and selection of booster pump & sewage pump & GRP water tanks, HVAC products, solar & electric water heaters).
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership, Self motivated, Confident, Credible, Reliable and determined, Negotiator.
