Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Supports Sales in realizing the Customer Experience strategy and in growing and protecting the Customer base for key Customer groups, by effectively managing Customer problem resolution and the provision of required standards of customer care
• Achieves/exceeds revenue goals for an assigned country/countries by using effective processes/methods to close new business and grow existing accounts
• Sets and manages individual and team revenue targets, developing effective relationships with field sales and other functions to support the realization of service and revenue goals
