Job description / Role
• Sales and operations management of CRM software and customer relations.
• Monitoring of calls for quality assurance while extrapolating statistical data.
• Archiving contract copies and developing templates for policy guidelines.
• Monitoring sales inventory, reviewing and approving sales and rental contracts before client delivery.
• Establish post contract guidelines, community SLA guidelines, Complain handling related to property management. Manage the handover process for homeowners.
Requirements
• Must be target driven with a documented track record.
• Have experience dealing with CRM software and customer relations, client negotiations, Customer complaints templates with advanced data analytical skills.
• Experience monitoring sales calls in a call centre environment with the ability to extrapolate statistical data from call traffic.
• Able to monitor sales inventory, review and approve sales contracts and complete rental analysis reports.
• Able to deal with post contract guidelines with construction team and develop handover documents with legal department.
• Actively promote company projects amongst peers, social network and potential clients. Increase reach by hiring agents.
• Reflect a sense of ownership towards company image and property.
• Be a team player and put effort into helping team members.
