Employment: Full Time

A leading developer across the GCC is looking for a Community Manager to join their team.

Purpose of the role:
To professionally manage all the community related services and operation of the master community and common Owners buildings. Implementation of approved Business Plan related to the Community Service model. Manage the systems and resources to deliver the agreed services levels.

Responsibilities:
• To lead and manage the performance of the community management team and the appointed community/strata administrator.
• Actively work and liaise with the customer all departments to deliver business plan strategies and initiatives.
• Manage the community’s stakeholder’s expectations in accordance with the services level requirements.
• Manage the community’s financial requirements in accordance with the approved budgets. Responsible for annual budgets in conjunction with FM.
• Develop policies and procedures for the community management.
• To act as primary liaison for communications for the community’s residential elements in conjunction with Customer service and other departments as required.
• To review and update statutory requirements including bylaws and other documentation requirements.
• Liaise with handover and customer service teams in transitioning residents into the community post defects period.
• Manage the Strata management elements for the required communities.
• Manage, develop and implement an operating model for interim ‘Common Owners Groups” in conjunction with departments and local authorities.
• In conjunction with marketing and corporate events, develop and deliver community events and communication strategy.
• Enforcement of the community bylaws and ensure owners/residents compliance with the community bylaws and take necessary measure for managing community breaches.

Requirements

• Business degree or recognized qualification in community management.
• PCAM Citification is preferable.
• Specialist knowledge of community and strata management
• Acquainted with the strata management systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Self –disciplined with excellent time management skills, precision and attention to detail.
• Conflict resolution management
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Development of local staff and provides knowledge transfer.
