Job Title
Sr. Instrument Supervisor

Role
• Supervise the team of Instrument Technicians/Senior Instrument Technicians to perform quality maintenance activities like IPF testing, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment as per the plan or otherwise necessary for the smooth functioning of the given area of the COMPANY plant.

Requirements

Qualification
• Educational qualifications: Minimum ONC or equal in a relevant discipline or standard based qualification (NVQ level 3) / BTEC or equivalent, alternative a trade test witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.

Experience
• Must have more than 10 years' experience in instrument maintenance work in the oil and gas or power generating industry of which at least 3 years must be at Instrument Maintenance Supervisory level.

Job Skills
• Must be conversant in the English language in both speech and the written word
• Must be able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS.
• Shall meet all requirements for Senior Instrument Technician, see S/N 30.
• Must be able supervise up to 10 Technicians and Fitters.

Personality
• He should have good interpersonal communication skill, supervisory skills, problem solving and time management.
