Job description / Role
Operation
- Explore new business opportunities for the development of the catering division
- Develop policies, procedures and manuals for any new business.
- Prepare and implement budgets
- Prepare tenders requirements, analysis and recommendation for higher management approval.
- Responsible for preparing agreements - other catering contracts.
- Prepare monthly reports and present with comments and recommendations to the management
- Recruitment , Training and career development of staff
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management system and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system as per the quality control standards of Catering Business Unit and sections manuals.
- Any other duties as directed by the – VP Catering
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business / Hotel Management from a recognised institute with 10 years of relevant work experience in Food and Beverage role within of 5 stars Hotel Hospitality background at least 2 years in a senior position.
- OR Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management from a recognized institute having 12 years of relevant experience.
