Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for configuration and custom development of the SharePoint environment to meet the needs of the business users.
- Collaborate with the internal and external IT team to design, develop, customize and integrate enterprise solutions involving collaboration, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management (ECM), business process workflows, forms and business intelligence.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the SharePoint applications and related ecosystem.
- Participate in testing of the configured / developed functionality to the specifications
- Develop technical specifications and write technical documentation.
- Provide expertise in the estimating and planning of new software delivery.

Requirements

- A recognized Bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Microsoft Certification and experience in SharePoint 2013.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint including design and implementation of web parts, custom content types, user controls, event handlers, custom workflows and application pages.
- Experience in Share point 2013, Nintex workflow automation software desirable.
- Experience in creating site definitions as well as configuring and customizing SharePoint sites.
- Experience in writing, reviewing and troubleshooting C# code.
- Shall have experience in ASP .Net, HTML, CSS and Javascript, SharePoint Designer and building software components using Visual Studio.
- Shall have experience deploying features as SharePoint solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL and how to query a SQL database.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint server.
- Experience with industry standard QA and QC procedures.
- Experience working with object oriented software development methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Shall have good communication skills both verbal and writing in English & Arabic.
- Ability to work in a team environment with business and technical resources.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving, green field business environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision.
