Shop Manager

Job description / Role

You are our KIKO Ambassador responsible for driving customer experience, sales and business KPIs for your store as well as for developing your team.

Key Accountabilities

- You develop the store's commercial performance thanks to the proper management and the monitoring of the various indicators: turnover, average basket, transformation rate, hourly productivity, targets, etc.
- You manage your team in accordance with the company's values and with a talent development approach.
- You boost sales by ensuring that you maintain impeccable customer service and store image.
- With the help of your Assistant Manager, you ensure administrative, HR and logistics management and guarantee quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising and store cleanliness).
- You guarantee the proper functioning of the store in compliance with group procedures while adopting and implementing the company's values.
- Recruit, on-board, train and support the team.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

- Several years of experience in a similar position with successful experience in team management.
- Experience in make-up or cosmetics.
- Mastery of the management of commercial indicators.
- Excellence in customer service.
- You are also a source of suggestions to your Area Manager on all subjects related to your store and know how to work independently.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and solve problems analytically & strategically.
